Condition
The canvases have been relined. The paint surfaces are largely secure with much impasto still intact and some minor losses along the outer edges.
The varnish is thick and quite dirty. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings, notably to the sky and along lines of stretcher damage. Overall the paintings are in reasonable condition and offered in modern thin slip frames
