Condition

The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is secured by a yellowed varnish. Some craquelure and some areas of abrasion are present. There is what appears to be a seam or fold running vertically 20 cms from the upper edge of the canvas. Scattered retouchings flouresce under UV light. The painting would benefit froma clean. Offered in a faux tortoise-shell frame in fair condition.
