Condition
The canvas has been relined but the surface is not overly flattened. The paint surface is under a thick dirty carnish and is generally sound other than a number of very minor scattered losses. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered older and more recent retouchings. Overall the painting is in reasonable conidtion. Offered in an elaborate carved wood frame in fair condition.
