Condition
The canvas has quite a firm relining which has slightly flattened the paint surface. The paint surface is fairly abraided but is generally sound.
Inspection under UV light reveals some recent very minor retouchings to the edges but thourough inspection is impeded by the varnish.
Offered in a wood and plaster gilt frame with some losses.
