Condition
The canvas has quite a recent tight relining. The paint surface is secure and under a glossy varnish. There are some small discoloured retouchings and some frame abrasion. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings particularly to the darker areas. Overall the painting is in fair condition. Offered in a wood and plaster gilt frame with some knocks.
