Follower of Jacopo Robusti, called Jacopo Tintoretto

The canvas has been relined. There appears to be an old repaired damage upper left. In the lower left corner a very small part of the canvas has escaped the frame and curled. The paint surface is secure and under quite a dirty varnish. Scattered discoloured retouchings are visible to the naked eye, in particular to the upper margin, and these are confirmed under UV light. Overall in fair condition. Offered in a carved gilt wood frame in fair condition.
