Condition
The painting appears to have been fairly recently relined and cleaned. Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered unobtrusive retouchings, in particular to an area in the sky upper left and to the foreground in the lower right corner. The paint is a little abraded in some areas but overall the painting is in fair condition. Offered in a later wood and plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
