Condition
The oval copper plate is flat. The paint surface is clean and secure. There is a very small paint loss centre left. Inspection under UV light reveals minor scattered retouchings for example in the sky and in America's cloak.
Offered in carved and gilt wood frame with a burgundy velvet surround.
