Canvas is not lined. SURFACE: in fairly good condition; craquelure throughout (looks stable)--a few small, scattered losses--on the throat of the figure at right, behind the standing figure at left, another in sky (center) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: hard to see extent of inpainting--there is a repaired tear at right--looks like an "L" on its side--about 8 by 10 in. (starts at right edge, goes through face of figure at right and beyond, goes down to below table); another repaired area at the same figure's legs and feet; aside from this a few scattered areas of loss fill-in
