The canvas is lined. Black scratch on the sitter's left hand. Overall fine cracquelure. Paint loss in the right arm and at upper center in the background.
Yellowed varnish; buckling at bottom edge. Under UV, inpainting in the cheek, the neck, the hair and the right shoulder.
