- Collection of 32 maps, offering a complete cartographic record of the 1922 French Reconnaissance of the Euphrates. Printing office of the French Aéronautique du Levant, September & October, 1922
32 full-page heliogravures, printed in two colours, each sheet approx. 515 x 620mm., printed on the reverse of cartographic waste stock, mostly apparently First World War maps of the French theatre, of differing paper weights and origin, rolled into the original cardboard mailing tube, addressed to Alfred Grandidier, President de la Sociéte de Géographie, on the Boulevard St. Germain, Paris, also bearing the stamp of the Belgian Service Cartographique, post-marked 1924
