Catalogue Note
Rare: not in the British Library, the Pierpont Morgan Library or Library of Congress. The two copies listed by Fuld lack the cover, and thus the printed title. The title page bears Rachmaninov's dedication to Dr Nikolay Dahl, the hypnotist who helped him recover from the débâcle of the First Symphony. The edition does not contain a part for the piano solo.
