with two autograph letters signed ("R. Leoncavallo"), one to Wilhelm Jahn at the the Hofoper, Vienna, complimenting him on the orchestra, and in the other negotiating terms for an opera; autograph quotations by Piatti (1855 and 1887) and letters by Arditi (about "Der Freischütz"), Braga, Tosti, Caruso (2 pages, 1 August 1904; together with a collection of newspaper cuttings relating to the singer's death), and Mancinelli
