  • Eight autograph musical sketches and fragments, including from
1) "Danses Concertantes", comprising seven bars notated in pencil for bass and violin, on two staves, on a bifolio of music written by Sol Babitz (including from Beethoven's quartet Op.18 no.2), 3 pages, folio
2) "Threni", comprising two bars notated in pencil on three staves marked "[quaver] = 180", annotated by Babitz in ink ("Threni id est lam[e]ntation[e]s Jeremiae Prophet[ae]", 1 page, 4to
3) two autograph tone rows, signed ("IStr"), notated in blue and black ink, with alterations, on printed note-paper, 2 pages, 16mo, cut from larger leaves, with an explanatory note by Babitz ("...original & Inversion of 12-tone Row. In conjunction with discussion of Kennedy Ode & Abraham March 23 1965 Sol Babitz")
4) an autograph manuscript of 3 chords notated in pencil on hand-drawn staves, illustrating harmonic progressions, 1 page,  8vo; with another pencil sketch apparently inked over by Babitz
