Condition
The orientation of the smallest work in this lot is incorrect in the catalouge; the correct orientation shows the detail of thick impasto along the lower edge of the painting, not the upper as shown in the catalogue.
Both works have thick areas of encaustic applied to the canvas, not apparent in the catalogue illustration. Very minor chipping to encaustic in the larger canvas, otherwise both works appear in good overall condition. Originals both slightly brigher than catalogue illustrations.
