Condition

Overall in excellent condition. Minor chips to the red paint along the edges of the base consistent with use. Surface dirt and dust to the garland element and the upholstery of the seat of the chair. Underside of the base with three affixed fabric pads. The garland element is not attached and therefore can be styled in variant manners. The chair designed to swivel on its base.
