This work is in generally good overall condition. The canvas is slighlty wavy. There are some threadlike and stable craquelures, particularly in the lower section of the canvas, by the neck, the forehead and on the left side of the head. There is a minor pale humidity stain by the upper left margin. Under the UV light few retouchings are visible by the lower margin, on both sides of the waistcoat , by the neck and on the left side of the head.
