Portrait of a Girl: The painting is in good condition. The paper is in good condition apart from some creases (probably due to mounting). There is no sign of foxing, tearing, hole or watermarks on the paper. (The painting was examined within its frame, under glass) Landscape in Vietnam: The painting is in good condition, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. Some small infils are found on the upper right (sky, near cloud) and a few small flecks are scattered on the foreground (the meadow portion). There are two spots of retouching on the lower right. Restorations are apparent only upon examination under ultraviolet light. Slight mark of abrasion is found on the lower left. There is a small fleck of paint loss on the upper right edge and corner, and on the upper left corner, but the rest of the paint layers are intact and in stable condition. (The painting was examined within its frame)
