Condition
The painting is in good condition. The canvas is in good condition with a clear and taut surface.
Examination with ultraviolet light reveals scattered spots of minute (pin-sized) retouching on the upper right corner, upper left corner, lower left quadrant. There are also two small spots of retouching on the lower register (lower left area). Some minor flecks of retouching occurred on some of the thicker black areas. Restoration is visible only under UV light.
Paint layers are intact and in stable condition.
