Condition
The painting is in good condition.
The canvas is also in good condition with a clear and taut surface except for a small spot on the left edge probably due to abrasion.
Examination under ultraviolet light reveals two spots of retouching on the upper right corner. Retouching is only visible under ultraviolet light.
The catalogue illustration quite accurately represents the actual painting.
