Condition

STRUCTURE Both panels are sound. PAINT SURFACE There are traces of a discoloured varnish to both works and spots of retouching visible to the naked eye. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT UV light confirms the spots of retouching to one of the works and infilling to cracks of the left and right border. FRAME Held in matching plaster gilt frames with some chips to the gilt work.
