The paint surface has some surface dirt, light stretcher marks and traces of craquelure. Otherwise sound.
ULTRAVIOLET
UV light reveals old retouching in the sky and to frame abrasions along the left, lower and right hand border.

Held in a plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
