STRUCTURE
The canvas has been lined.
PAINT SURFACE
The paint surface appears to be in fair condition. There is an even craquelure throughout, in keeping with the age of the painting. The weave of the canvas is visible on close inspection, possibly due to cleaning. There is a small patch of paint loss in the lower left corner, and there are a few scattered specks of dirt, or possibly varnish.
ULTRAVIOLET
Ultraviolet light reveals scattered re-touching throughout the paint surface.

Held in a gilt wood frame.
