Description
Set with an octagonal-shaped step-cut sapphire weighing 9.52 carats, flanked on each side with a baguette diamond, decorated to the basket and shank pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.75 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the sapphire is natural, of Sri Lanka origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of medium, strong blue colour with a slight touch of violet tone, nice and brilliant gem. Very clean to naked eyes, shows only a small fingerprint to the side on pavilion under 10x loupe. Two long baguettes on side are probably of G colour, VVS clarity. Other small round diamonds are of similar colour, VS clarity.
Condition: Classic ring mount shows very fine workmanship, in mint condition.
