Description
- Plaque approximately 44.65 x 25.18 x 5.25mm; black jadeite beads approximately 4.05 to 4.50mm.
The translucent jadeite plaque of emerald green colour carved with bamboo, flower blossom and bird motifs to the front and reverse, surrounded by an Art Deco style frame pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds housing fitted onyx, accompanied by a double link-chain decorated with black jadeite and ruby beads, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 480mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the carved jadeite plaque is translucent, of emerald green colour. Upon close look, there are white clouds which are not seen when worn. Diamonds are probably of G to H colours, VS clarity. The black motifs on pendant are onyx. Black beads on necklace are opaque black jadeites, which appear very dark green upon strong illumination. Ruby beads are of slightly purplish red colour, semi-transparent to translucent.
Condition: The pendant has brooch fitting to the reverse and can be worn as brooch. In excellent condition.
