Description
The pendant centring on an octagonal-shaped emerald weighing 46.57 carats, within a cluster of pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, surmounted by an inverted pear-shaped diamond within similarly-set frame, continuing to the straight-line necklace composed of brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 46.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 430mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to Gubelin report, the emerald is natural, with indications of minor clarity enhancement. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the emerald is medium to medium dark, strong green colour, slightly included to naked eyes. Under 10x loupe, some inclusions are surface reaching which make a few pits and nicks on the crown. Larger round diamonds on necklace are in the range of 0.25 to 0.45 carat each, of G to H colours, SI clarity. The pear-shaped diamonds on pendant are about 0.20 to 0.80 carat each, of F to G colours, VS to SI clarity.
Condition: Pendant is not detachable from current necklace, overall in very good condition, almost as new.
