Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the Gübelin reports, all the alexandrites are natural, of Brazilian origin, well matched, displaying pronounced colour change, from bluish green to reddish purple/purple, and purplish green to purple. The ring is accompanied by an appendix stating the rarity of the stone, "possessing a very high degree of transparency, combined with very strong colour-change effect", and has exceptional transparency for alexandrite of this size. The 4.38 carat alexandrite has a natural dark crystal inclusion on the pavilion and pinpoints which are all not noticeable unless under 10x loupe, and the 4.67 carat alexandrite is generally clean. Diamonds are about D-F colours, VVS to VS clarity.
Condition: In mint condition.
