The front designed as cascading fringes composed of twelve pear-shaped rubies together weighing 32.00 carats, each framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, to a cluster surmount set with marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, completed by a straight-line articulated chain set with baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 46.00 carats, mounted in platinum, length approximately 420mm, stamped with marker's mark of Jacques Timex (for Harry Winston).

Condition

Colour and Clarity: According to SSEF report, all rubies on the necklace are natural, of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the rubies weighing 1.30 to 5.70 carats each, are of medium to medium dark, intense red colour, clean to slightly included to naked eyes. Under 10x loupe, there are natural inclusions which are very common to natural rubies. Some rubies may show surface very tiny nicks and hairline fissures, but are not noticeable even to 10x loupe. Diamonds are probably of E to G colours, VVS2 to VS clarity, lively stones. Stamped with import mark for Harry Winston,. There is also an indistinct mark signed Bvlgari on tongue of the clasp. Condition: Very grand looking, some fine scratches and signs of wear to the platinum mount, otherwise in very good condition.
