Description
Composed of marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, set at intervals with a circular-cut ruby, suspending to the front with seventy-two oval cabochon star rubies together weighing approximately 94.50 carats, the circular-cut rubies and diamonds together weighing approximately 11.45 and 17.70 carats respectively, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 430mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the star rubies are of translucent, medium purplish red colour, displaying noticeable six ray asterism. The rubies are of matching colour, some of slightly pinkish red colour. Diamonds are generally of G-H colours, VS clarity, some SI clarity.
Condition: Well made and in very good condition. An unusual necklace composed of a nice collection of star rubies.
