Description

Finely set with triple-row of faceted octahedral diamonds, interlinked by platinum chains, the terminals accented with diamond-set bars, completed by a clasp pavĂ©-set with single-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 87.45 carats, mounted in platinum, length approximately 940mm, numbered A16629.

Condition

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the diamond octahedrons are probably of H to I colours, mostly VS with some of SI clarity. Very unusual cut, which retains the original shape of diamond rough with only a light touch to the crystal faces. The octahedrons show typical adamantine lustre, giving a soft glittering all over the necklace. Single-cut diamonds set on clasp are probably of F to G colours, VS clarity. Condition: Extremely fine workmanship that each diamond octahedron is hand-knotted by platinum wire with laser soldering, in mint condition.
