GROUP OF JEWELLERY

Comprising: A brooch of floral design, centring on a cluster of circular-cut rubies, emeralds and sapphires, the petals of wired work bordered by brilliant-cut diamonds, pendant fittings; and a ring and pair of earrings en suite, pendant fittings, the diamonds and coloured stones altogether weighing approximately 3.00 and 2.70 carats respectively; the second brooch modelled as a cluster of grapes, composed of nine cultured pearls measuring approximately 9.60 x 8.95 to 13.52 x 10.85mm, the leaves encrusted with brilliant-cut diamonds, enhanced by cabochon emeralds, pendant fitting; and pair of golden cultured pearl earrings measuring approximately 13.20 x 15.00mm, supported by pavé-set brilliant-cut diamond swirls, clip and post fittings; the matching ring and pendant, each set with a cultured pearl of similar colour measuring approximately 12.75 x 12.55mm and 13.40 x 12.26mm respectively, within a stylised mount set with brilliant-cut diamonds; all pieces mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold. Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the cultured pearls are of button (pendant), drop (earclips) and semi-baroque (ring and brooch) shapes, in cream white, light to medium golden yellow colours, medium to good lustre with minor surface blemishes. The coloured stones are of medium to medium dark, strong red, blue and green colours, slightly included to naked eyes which may show surface pits and chips under 10x loupe. Overall, the diamonds are about H to J colours, VS2 to SI clarity. Condition: There are minor tarnishing to the mount of pearl brooch, pearl ring and pearl pendant. The tarnishing marks are mostly on the back and not seen to the obverse, except the pearl pendant. Signs of wear commensurate with use, otherwise in good condition.
