The articulated collar decorated at the front with a heart-shaped cabochon sapphire flanked by two similarly-shaped cabochon emeralds, bordered by lines of brilliant-cut diamonds, cultured pearls, calibré-cut emeralds, cabochon and calibré-cut rubies, together with a pair of pendent ear clips en suite, mounted in yellow gold,

Condition

Stamped 750 for gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 28.00 carats in total, bright, lively stones throughout. Necklace: large cabochon heart-shaped sapphire stated to weigh19.26 carats, smaller heart-shaped sapphire stated to weigh 2.77 carats, as inscribed at the back of mounting, medium violetish blue, typical inclusions visible with magnification. Emerald heart-shaped stones stated to weigh 4.77 and 4.92 carats, medium green, typical crystal inclusions (some reaching surface), well matched. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 15.00 carats in total, a moderately medium pinkish purplish red hue, well matched on the whole. Cultured pearls and half pearls, medium to high lustre, several with rosé overtones, some with green. Secure clasp with safety catch to underside. Earrings: larger cabochon sapphire stated to weigh 7.42 carats, medium colour saturation, a light slightly violetish blue, cabochon emerald stated to weigh 6.25 carats, light slightly yellowish green, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, one with several cavities. Cultured pearl drops measuring approximately 16.8 x 14.5mm and 16.9 x 15.00, silvery body colour, baroque shapes, medium lustre some overgrowth marks and blemishes. Strong clip fittings. Demi-parure in good condition.
