Description

  • signed Cartier, Paris, London, New York, Made in France and numbered, French assay marks, fitted case.
  • measurements approximately 90 x 62 x 18mm,
Of rectangular form, set with two bevelled jadeite panels, the sides decorated with mother-of-pearl engraved with a mosaic pattern, to a border of coral and black enamel highlighted with rose-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a powder compartment and a mirror,

Condition

French assay mark ( eagle's head) for 18 carat gold. Signed Cartier and numbered 02911 2773 5390. Mother-of-pearl with light scratches and very small chips to some edges. Coral with typical banding. Minor damage to corners of black enamel. In good condition.
