Description

  • circumference approximately 165mm.
Each open work clip of shield design, set with circular- and single-cut diamonds; together with a later hinged bangle, the terminals can be fitted with two of the clips, bangle unillustrated,

Condition

Clips stamped Pt950 for platinum, with Austrian assay marks. Total diamond weight approximately 6.00-8.00 carats, mixed in colours and clarities. Evidence of soldering at the back of the clips, they were most probably part of another jewel and were converted into clips at a later date. The clip backs and the later hinged bangle are of white gold. Signs of normal wear to both the bangle and clips, scratches consistent with wear, in good condition.
