Set at the centre with a modified cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 37.89 carats, within a border of marquise-shaped, baguette and tapered baguette diamonds, mounted in white gold,
Condition
Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00-3.00 carats, G colour, VS clarity on average. The lively sapphire with typical crystal inclusions, one surface reaching, clean stone to the unaided eye.
