Sapphire, emerald and diamond brooch

Designed as a stylised six pointed star, centring on a cushion-shaped sapphire framed with brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, and similarly shaped emeralds, mounted in yellow gold and platinum.

Stamped Pt 850 for platinum and 375 for gold. For further details on the sapphire, pleaser refer to report. Rich blue colour, deep saturation, lively stone with good brilliance. Some typical crystal inclusions but overall clean to the naked eye, minor nicks around girdle. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 8.40 carats, gauged in mount, generally G-H colour, VS clarity, a few SI. Estimated total emerald weight approximately 4.40 carats, gauged in mount, typical crystal inclusions, yellowish green hue. Signs of normal wear to metal. In good condition.
