Decorated with a silver coin depicting the dextral profile of a Roman censor, embellished to the cardinal points with circular-cut diamonds linked together by four smaller stones, the textured yellow gold mount with impressions of the coin,

Condition

The correct estimate is CHF 110,000-180,000 / US$ 90,000-150,000. British hallmarks, stamped 750 for gold and signed GAGE to inside of hinged section. Principal diamonds stated to weigh approximately 4,11, 4.27, 5.42 and 5.47 carats respectively, M-P colour, VS-SI clarity in our expert's opinion, (gauged and graded in the yellow gold collet settings). Remaining diamonds weighing approximately 0.90 carats, bright and lively. Small split near to hinge, could benefit from attention by a professional jeweller. Minor tarnish and scratches to gold due to normal wear. In overall good condition.
