UNUSUAL ENAMEL, ROCK CRYSTAL AND DIAMOND JABOT PIN AND LAPEL WATCH, circa 1925, Lacloche

The jabot pin composed of two circular rock crystal plaques decorated with black enamel leaves, enhanced with circular-cut diamonds, to a black cord suspending a detachable lapel watch of bell-form, the rock crystal case similarly decorated with black enamel leaves, housing a cream dial applied with Arabic numeral markers and blue steel hands, framed by a black enamel border, the bell top accented with circular-cut diamonds and a similarly-set circular link support, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.80 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold and platinum, dial signed Lacloche, numbered 66706.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the diamonds are generally of G to I colours, VS2 to SI clarity. Condition: Please note that we do not guarantee the movement, which is mechanical movement and is working at present. The balance in the movement has been recently replaced. Part of the black enamel has been chipped or abraded. One frosted rock crystal has a hairline crack running in the middle, which is only seen under 10x loupe and careful check. Signs of wear to the metal, consistent with age and use.
