- Cabochon approximately 14.22 x 9.31 x 3.82mm; plaques on brooch approximately 13.82 x 6.80 x 1.73 to 35.20 x 12.49 x 2.02mm; flowers approximately 18.80 x 15.00 x 1.70 and 18.83 x 15.02mm.
The ring centring on an oval jadeite cabochon of bright emerald green colour and fine translucency, mounted in yellow metal; the brooch designed as a ribbon bow set with nine jadeite plaques of intense emerald green colour and fine translucency, tied with brilliant-cut diamond ribbons; and the pair of ear clips, each set with a carved jadeite flower of matching colour and translucency, suspending a fringe of circular-cut diamonds; both mounted in 9 karat white gold. Condition
Colour and Clarity: The jadeite cabochon is of rich emerald green tone with good translucency. There are natural inclusions under strong penlight. The jadeite plaques on the brooch and ear clips are of intense emerald green colour and fine translucency. There is a nice glow to the jadeite. There are some natural inclusions and dark patches visible under strong penlight. The diamonds are about H-K colours, VS to SI clarity altogether weighing approximately 2.40 carats.
Condition: Nice group of attractive period jewellery.
