The ring set with a step-cut alexandrite weighing 6.10 carats, the prongs pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds extending throughout the shank; and a pair of matching pendent earrings, each similarly-set with a step-cut alexandrite weighing 3.64 and 3.59 carats respectively, suspending from a loop set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 1.60 carats, mounted in platinum. Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to Gubelin reports, all three alexandrites are natural, of Brazilian origin, displaying pronounced colour change from blue-green or bluish green to purple. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the alexandrites have very well matching visual colours and brilliance, very strong and unanimous colour change. Very clean with only a few small crystal inclusions, mostly close to the side, visible under 10x loupe and careful check. Small diamonds are probably of G to H colours, VS to SI1 clarity.
Condition: Simple and fine mounts, all in mint condition.
