Centring on an oval cabochon cat's-eye alexandrite chrysoberyl weighing 11.15 carats, within a surround of pavé-set brilliant-cut diamond leaves, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.75 carats, mounted in 18 karat pink and blackened gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to AGL report, the cat's-eye alexandrite is natural, of Brazilian origin, displaying both strong and excellent colour-change and asterism (cat's-eye effect). Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the cat's-eye alexandrite shows slightly brownish red under incandescent light, and bluish green under daylight, eye clean. The cabochon has a slightly off oval girdle outline, but not noticeable unless careful and close look. Tiny diamonds are probably of G to H colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Well made ring mount, in mint condition.

Prospective purchasers are reminded that, unless the catalogue description specifically states that a stone is natural, we have assumed that some form of treatment may have been used and that such treatment may not be permanent. Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.
