Condition

The sculpture is in very good condition. A vertical hairline dimensional crack was noted on the top front of the sculpture as well as several on the back, which is characteristic of aged wooden surfaces. Two bronze rods secure the sculpture to its stone base. When viewed in profile it appears as though the sculpture tilts forward slightly. The sculpture is structurally sound with no significant scratches or abrasions evident on the surface. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Wilson Conservation)
