Condition

The sculpture is in very good condition condition. The bird's transparent brown patina is in very good condition with the exception of three tiny scratches on the tip of the proper left tail feather, a few tiny spots on the head and a small 1/4" scratch on the top of the proper left back corner of the base. A fresh wax coating protects the bronze surface. Thee sculpture is structurally sound with no significant damage evident. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Wilson Conservation.)
