Condition

The sheet is hinged twice to a thin piece of paper along the top edge. There are pinholes to all four corners of the sheet. There is slight rippling throughout the work consistent with the artist's use of medium. There is a very thin line of darkening along the edges of the paper especially along the right side. There is a 1/8 in. flake along the right edge 3 in. from the bottom. There is a 3/4 in. line of intermittent scuffing in the figure's right hand. On the reverse there is residue from old mounting tape in two spots on the top and bottom edges. There are also a few smudges consistent with the artist at work. Overall this work is in excellent condition.
