Condition
The canvas has been wax relined. Under ultraviolet light there is appears to be an opaque varnish. There is scattered, but extensive, inpainting throughout the work especially in the body of the left figure, on the upper edge above the right woman's hat, in the upper right quadrant and in the man's shoulder. The painting appears to be in stable condition.
