Description
Including: one pair of heavy textured gold ear clips, signed Chaumet, British hallmarks for London 1968, maker's marks; another pair of ear clips designed as a scalloped trefoil of cultured pearls, highlighted with circular-cut sapphires; a pair designed as stylised fruit, embellished with cabochon polished turquoise; a pair of ear clips of textured bombé design, decorated with green enamel and single-cut diamonds and a pair of gathered ribbon design ear clips, part illustrated.
Condition
Textured gold earclips: Stamped 18K for 18 carat gold to reverse. Minor signs of scratching to reverse consistent with age and wear. In overall good condition.
Cultured pearl earclips: Stamped 14K for 14 carat gold to reverse of clip. Pearls well matched in size, of white bodycolour with strong rosé overtones and medium lustre. Sapphires with moderate abrasions to facets. Signs of tarnishing and minor scratches to gold. In overall good condition.
Chaumet textured gold earclips: Stamped 18 for 18 carat gold to earclips. Signs of tarnishing to reverse of earring. Would benefit from professional clean. One clasp loose. In overall good condition.
Turquoise earclips: Stamped 18K for 18 carat gold to end of clasp. cabochon turquoise coloured enamel even and in good condition. Some minor signs of scratching to polished surfaces. In good condition.
Textured Bombé earclips: Stamped 18K for 18 carat gold to reverse of clip. Green enamel in good condition. In good condition.
