Condition

This work is in very good condition. The surface is slightly dirty. The patina is speckled, there is a tiny chip under the figure's right shoulder. On the underside there is a filmy residue visible along the lower edge. Otherwise the work is in good condition.

Catalogue Note

inscribed and numbered 'Archipenko VII' on the base, polished terracotta. Conceived in 1935 and cast in the artist's lifetime.
