Condition
The canvas is lined. There are two crossing lines of retouching, the longest 7cm. in length, to the biscuits in the foreground, a 3cm. line of retouching just to the right of the bowl in the foreground and a nailhead-sized spot of retouching just below it, all visible under UV-light. Apart from an uneven varnish, a few specks of retouching along the lower edge and a 2cm. line of retouching towards the fruit in the lower left foreground, also visible under UV-light, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate, although deeper in the original.
