Condition
The canvas is lined. There are two 3 by 10cm. areas that fluoresce under UV light, possibly retouching, possibly inherent to the pigment, to the lower left and lower right corners, and a smaller area between the two masts of the schooner. Apart from a thin intermittent 15cm. line of retouching to the extreme right, this work is in good condition.
