Condition

Work is in good condition. Executed on cradled panel. There is a layer of varnish on the surface and some minor rubbing along extreme edges due to frame abrasion. Under UV light: there is a 1/2 inch stroke of inpainting to the right of the signature, as well as scattered strokes amid the three horses in the background. A few scattered dots of inpainting in the lower right corner, otherwise fine. Color: Contrast is a bit richer and light is a bit stronger than in catalogue illustration.
